First, thank you for joining me on this new leg of the adventure that is my life!

You can expect to receive unvarnished, thought-provoking stories and observations on a range of topics affecting our world - all designed to spur self-exploration and inspire conversation to further the connection with who we really are without the masks and mores.

Plus, lots of fun, fabulous and sometimes random things like quick podcast-type audio of thoughts and observations that pop into my mind, interesting social media content creators, recipes, and who knows what else?

As with everything in life, this is will morph and change. I’m always happy to hear your thoughts and ideas. All I ask is that you don’t bring me a reflection of the mind trolls that live in my head :)
